    A short call to work out what the site should say and which pages it needs.

  2. Design & build

    Real pages on a private preview link you can click through. You tell us what you think each week instead of waiting for a big reveal.

  3. Launch & train

    We connect your web address, put the site live, and show you around it. After that, send us any changes and we publish them, usually the same day.

I already have a website. Can you fix it instead of starting over?
Sometimes. If the current site sits on a platform we can keep working with and the bones are solid, a refresh is faster and cheaper. If it’s brittle or hard to edit, starting clean is usually the better move. We’ll know which after a quick look.
How long does a website take?
Most sites take 3–6 weeks from our first call to launch. The slow part is usually getting the words and photos together. We can help with both, or work with whatever you bring.
Do I need to have a domain already?
Nope. If you’ve got one, we’ll point it at the new site at launch. If you don’t, we’ll help you pick one and get it registered. Takes about ten minutes.
What if I don’t have a logo or photos yet?
We’ll work with what you have. For photos, that might mean a short shoot at your shop or carefully chosen stock that doesn’t look like stock. For a logo, we can clean up what you’ve got or bring in a designer we trust. Either way, you won’t launch with empty boxes where the pictures should be.
What about SEO?
We handle the basics: page titles and descriptions, clear headings, fast pages, clean web addresses, and a sitemap. That covers most of what a small business needs to show up in search. Ongoing month-to-month SEO work is a different specialty, and we don’t offer it.
